Anthony Gomes broke up the usual Monday Night Blues schedule by appearing at the Time Out Pub in Rockland on a Friday. Anthony has appeared quite regularly (yes, another performer that my old night schedule kept me from being able to see in the club) in Rockland in the past, performing at the North Atlantic Blues Festival and in the club. Anthony is another performer (like Mr. Nick from earlier in the week) who I'd only managed to see outdoors prior to the Time Out Pub gig. To say that Anthony is a high-energy performer is, perhaps, a bit of an understatement. He'll be back for the 2012 North Atlantic Blues Festival. Looking forward to seeing him again!
