Harper can almost be counted as a regular at the Time Out Pub. Harper and Midwest Kind (Matt Besey - guitar, Chris Smith - bass, Marc Dixon - percussion) returned to Rockland on May 23rd, but with a new guitarist along to be introduced to the coast of Maine. Look for them to return again in September.
