It was an Alligator Records (extended) weekend here in Maine. Janiva Magness performed at the Venue in Freeport (alas, we did not attend) on Friday. The Holmes Brothers were at the Chocolate Church in Bath on Saturday. Eddy "The Chief" Clearwater appeared at the Venue in Freeport on Sunday and at the Time Out Pub in Rockland on Monday. We were able to catch Eddy's rockin' set Monday night!
