I was first exposed to Tad Robinson on Dave Specter's "Blueplicity" album. Through his other work with Specter ("Live In Europe") and his own releases over the last 15 or so years, I've enjoyed following along. His appearance in Rockland was his first in Maine and my first opportunity to see him perform. He was backed by the Bruce Katz Band (Bruce - keyboards, Ralph Rosen - drums, Chris Vitarello - guitar). What a wonderfully soulful evening!
