The Holmes Brothers - Chocolate Church, Bath, Maine May 15th, 2010

It's been a while since we've been able to catch a gig at the Chocolate Church in Bath. Like most of the venues we've been going to, we wish they were all a little closer to Bangor! At any rate, we had a blast listening to a wonderful performance by The Holmes Brothers (come see them again in August at the American Folk Festival on the Bangor Waterfront!) and taking photos.

Wandering around Bath

After stopping by the Cerulean Gallery to see Revisiting Old Haunts: From Dogtown to Frankfort (two very different interpretations of the theme boulders - with photos by Bill Duffy (Bill was kind enough to meet us there to give our visit the personal touch) and paintings by Helene Farrar) in Hallowell we wandered around Bath (my wife's hometown and the location of the Chocolate Church, our ultimate destination that day, where The Holmes Brothers performed that night - photos of the gig to follow) and took some photos.
